Support is answered by a real person during open beta.
Remove recruiter names, phone numbers, signature blocks, and other identifying details. Do not email an unredacted contract, Social Security number, bank information, password, or medical information.
A calculation question
Tell me which figure looks wrong, what you expected, and the name of the saved offer if there is one. A screenshot of the Panya result helps more than the contract does.
A refund
Use the subject line Refund request and include the email address on your Panya account. The full policy is in Privacy & Terms.
Privacy or data removal
The fastest route is usually Privacy & data settings, where you can remove contributions or delete your account yourself. If a control is not working, email and say what you want removed — no more detail than is needed to find the account.
