Remove recruiter names, phone numbers, signature blocks, and other identifying details. Do not email an unredacted contract, Social Security number, bank information, password, or medical information.
A calculation question
Include the figure, what you expected, and the saved offer name if you have one. A screenshot of the Panya result is helpful; please don't send your contract.
A refund
Use the subject line Refund request and include the email address on your Panya account. The full policy is in Privacy & Terms.
Privacy or data removal
Remove contributions or delete your account in Privacy & data settings. If you need help, email what you want removed and your account email address.
